Aamir Khan’s son all set to star in sister Ira Khan’s debut directional play Medea

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan shared a video yesterday announcing her directional debut Medea. The video which featured the rest of the cast, also featured her brother Junaid Khan as an actor apart from the main lead Hazel Keech.

Ira Khan has lately been in news. Not following the regular way, Ira decided to make her debut as a play director and announced her first project Medea, which is an adaptation of Euripides’ Greek tragedy.  Ira, a few days back in the most dramatic way announced that Hazel Keech would play the lead role in her upcoming project and shared a photo on social media. Today, she announced that her brother Junaid will also star in it.

The official Instagram page of the play shared a video of the entire cast of Ira’s play. The video however, didn’t reveal much of Junaid’s character. Other actors in the cast include Varun Patel, Nolan Lewis and Divyesh Vijayakar, Sabreen Baker and more.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan has always been out and loud about his childrens’ aspirations to enter Bollywood. The Dangal actor clearly mentioned in Koffee with Karan that he will not actively support his son if he wants to act and enter Bollywood. He will have to earn it.

Aamir also said that he will be brutally honest with him about his acting skills and criticize where necessary. A day back, Ira shared a sweet picture of her with her father, both perched on a sofa. The caption read, “Couch-buddy!”

Reportedly, Ira’s play is produced under Sarika’s production company, NautankiSa and might be showcased in December 2019.
