The center today strongly condemned a security breach during the visit of Jaishankar’s UK to the Foreign Minister (EAM), and judged the actions of “Small group separatists and extremists”. Protesters from Pro-Khalistan staged a demonstration outside the Chautham house in London, where Mr. Jaishankar spoke on Wednesday. Branding protesters, flags and speakers, raised slogans, while the minister spoke inside the room.
“We have seen a recording of a security breach during Eam’s visit to the UK. We eliminate this little handful of this little handful of separatists and fundamentalists. We condemn the exploitation of such elements democratic freedom. In such circumstances, we hope that the host government fully follows its diplomatic obligations, ”said the Ministry of External Order (MEA).
Shri Jaishankar on Tuesday met British home secretary Yatete Cooper to discuss important concerns such as talent’s movement to deal with human trafficking and terrorism.
Shri Jaishankar wrote on the social media platform X, “We talked about the flow of talent, the exchange of people-to-people and collaborative efforts to fight smuggling and extremism.”
Khalistani groups have previously performed in London. In January, Pro -Khalistans protested outside the Indian High Commission.
In another event, Khalistani -Damonstrant invaded a theater in Harrow, London, and intended to stop the exhibition of ‘Emergency’ with Kangana Ranaut. In response to these obstacles, MEA speech confirmed Randhir Jaiswal India’s concern for violent protests and threats from “Anti-India” groups in the UK.
We have often expressed concern for violent protests with the British government and an episode of threatening anti -violent extremists. Mr. Jaiswal said, “The tree and the phrase cannot be chosen, and those who oppose it should be held responsible.”
During his meeting with British Prime Minister Kir Stamper on 10 Downing Street, Jaishankar sent Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Hot Greetings” and discussed important bilateral and global problems.
