The American multinational corporation and technology company, Apple, has announced the location of its new store in India. On September 4th, Thursday, it is set to open its store in the KOPA mall, Koregaon Park, located in Pune. It is also the fourth store of the company in the country.

Apple launched its first-ever store in 2023 Mumbai. Following this, the second store was opened in Delhi. A few days ago, Apple announced the launch of its next store in Hebbal, Bengaluru. Successively, the company announced the launch of its fourth one in Pune yesterday via its website. It is also notable that the store announced plans to launch 5 stores this year; these two stores are significantly a part of this plan.

Apple is focused on strengthening its crucial market in India. This mainly focuses on various encounters of customers and engagement locally. They have also come up with easy access features to enhance their market and widen it all over the country. “Shop with a Specialist over Video” is one such feature that will allow people who visit the stores to get crucial expert advice and assistance remotely. They are also focused on making their products’ interaction easier to localise their presence.

They are awaiting the launch of the iPhone 17 series, which is most likely to be announced in a few weeks. In order to establish their markets in India remotely, multiple steps have been taken. The company has planned to make the 17 series available locally. This also helps them in terms of expanding a wider business market in a highly populated country like India. Also, this most likely boosts local employment and supports the government’s Make in India initiative, while simultaneously reducing the import costs and delivery time for its Indian customers.

The theme of both the upcoming stores is shown as a peacock, depicting the culture of India and symbolising our national bird. It is also notable that they have come up with peacock-themed wallpapers and an exclusive playlist inspired by the sounds of Pune.
