Former Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley, who recently announced her bid to run for 2024 US Presidential Elections has vowed she will cut every cent in foreign aid for ‘countries that hate the US’ if voted to power. This entails, Pakistan, China and other adversaries “as America doesn’t pay off the bad guys.”
She wrote in a New York Post op-ed, “I will cut every cent in foreign aid for countries that hate us. A strong America doesn’t pay off the bad guys. A proud America doesn’t waste our people’s hard-earned money. And the only leaders who deserve our trust are those who stand up to our enemies and stand beside our friends.”
She emphasized on the need for taxpayers to know where their money is going and what it’s given for. She shed light on the fact that American Taxpayers still give money to Communist China for “ridiculous environmental programs”, despite the obvious threat China poses to Americans. She added by saying that the US gives money to Belarus, which is Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s closest ally. Money is given to communist Cuba too – a country that the US government has designated as a state sponsor of terrorism.
Slamming the Biden administration over US’s aid to Pakistan, the Republican leader said that the Biden administration resumed military aid to Pakistan, though it’s home to at least a dozen terrorist organizations and its government was deeply in hock to China. She further elaborated that Team Biden restored half a billion to a corrupt United Nations agency that’s supposed to help the Palestinian people. But in fact it covers for deeply anti-semitic propaganda against US’s ally Israel.
Haley also pointed out that the US gave $2 billion aid to Iran, even though its government is getting closer to the murderous thugs in Iran who shout “Death to America”.
Haley announced her candidacy for the 2024 Republican Presidential nomination on Feb. 15 and the first Indian-American woman in the party to run for presidency.
