The Benchmark Nifty-50 index, amidst ongoing consolidation, continued to accumulate gains, concluding at 24,973.10, reflecting an increase of 0.42% on Wednesday.
The Bank Nifty finished at 54,536.00, marking a rise of 0.59%, while the IT and Realty sectors led the gains, with several other sectors following suit; however, the Auto and consumer durable sectors were among the notable losers. The mid- and small-cap indices also experienced gains ranging from 0.73% to 0.93%.
“Going forward, the Nifty could gradually move towards the 25,200–25,500 range, with immediate support placed around the 24,800 level.” said Nilesh Jain, Head – Technical and Derivatives Research Analyst (Equity Research).
WAAREEENER showcased an exceptional performance in the most recent session, climbing by +6.71% and achieving one of its most significant upward movements in the past few weeks. The stock reached a 52-week high of 3,503.50 and a low of 3,267.40, ultimately closing nearly at the day’s peak, which suggests strong buying interest throughout the trading day. This sharp increase was supported by a notable rise in trading volume, underscoring substantial accumulation from both institutional and retail investors.
NDRAMEDCO experienced a robust rally in the latest session, achieving a remarkable gain of 6.95% to close at ₹504.65. This reflects strong buying momentum throughout the day. Notably, the closing price near the day’s high indicates persistent demand and bullish sentiment among market participants. The stock has demonstrated a strong and notable continuation of a bullish pattern, presenting another attractive opportunity for short-term traders. Currently priced at ₹2543, the stock maintains a solid support level at ₹2480. The technical configuration suggests the potential for a price retracement towards the ₹2650 mark. With the stock rebounding from a support base and exhibiting signs of renewed strength, entering at the current market price with a stop-loss set at ₹2480 represents a prudent strategy for capturing the expected upside.
Regarding corporate actions, the company declared a final dividend of Rs 6.00 per share on May 13, 2025, with an effective date of June 4, 2025. Previous bonus issues were announced in 1977, 1979, 1982, and 1995. A stock split was also announced on May 26, 2011.
