Smriti Mandhana, Kane Williamson, Meg Lanning, David Warner, and other international players are available in this month’s Hundred draft. Warner, who has already pulled out of the tournament twice, is priced at £100,000 while Williamson, who was recruited by Birmingham Phoenix for the first season but is unable to compete due to injury, is available for £75,000.

In the women’s draft, Mandhana, Ashleigh Gardner, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Deepti Sharma are the four players with the highest reserve price of £50,000 (US$63,500). Beth Mooney, Annabel Sutherland, and Lanning, who has also pulled out in the past, will all be available for £40,000 (US$50,500).

Replacent to Richa Ghosh and Renuka Singh, Shikha Pandey is one of the fifteen Indian players chosen for the ladies’ Hundred. Within the £100,000 domain are Kieron Pollard, Shamar Joseph, Sikandar Raza, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, and Naseem Shah. It has also been confirmed that the going with 890 players — Jason Roy, Dawid Malan, Ollie Pope, Amy Jones, and Lauren Filer — are English players. The Trent Rockets, who won the men’s division in 2022, have the option to keep Malan by utilising their Right-to-Match card.

Women’s teams are allowed to keep up to eight players from the previous season during the draft process, while men’s teams are allowed to keep up to ten players. Players in the draft will fill the remaining spots.

Men’s and women’s teams may choose up to three foreign players for each squad. Men’s and women’s teams will draft until they have 15 players apiece, then wildcard selections will round out the rosters in the opposite order of the previous year’s final standings.

Each player declares their reserve price before they join the draft; this is the lowest amount they may be signed for, however they can go higher. Every team has one “Right to Match” option, which allows them to re-sign a player from the previous campaign for the same pay if a rival side makes a bid.

Men’s teams are assigned centrally contracted England players, with price slots ranging from £125,000 to £30,000. The highest-paid players on women’s teams will take home £50,000, while the lowest-paid players will take home £8,000.
